RETURNS: What is your Return Policy?
All sales are final. No returns. No Exchanges.
At Just Couture, we’re committed to our customers. Due to our discounted prices we will not process returns or exchanges at this time. However, we want you to be delighted. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re committed to doing our best to help you find a solution. For questions, contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
Purchases made outside of the Just Couture website, www.justcouturestore.com, are subject to the terms and conditions of the site you purchased on. Please contact customer service for the website you purchased our items from.
SIZING: Do you have a size chart? How do your sizes run?
Most items have a size chart that will be displayed on the page when you are selecting your purchase. If the item does not show a size chart you should order based on the average size of a child of that age. So for example, if you have an average size 4 ½ year old you would want our size 4/5. If your child is 4 ½ but is the size of a 6 year old you will want to order a size 6.
SHIPPING: When will my item ship?
- We package and ship your items typically between 2-5 business days from the time you placed the order. In some instances, we run out of stock and will notify you or refund you if the item is no longer in stock.
- We ship merchandise Monday-Friday.
- Your package may come via USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, OnTrac, etc. You will receive an email when your package ships with tracking information. Any of these services can take 3-7 business days to deliver (that is in addition to the pick and pack times to send your merchandise out.)
- Expedited Services: Priority Mail should deliver 2-4 business days after the package has left our warehouse. Next Day should deliver 1-2 business days after the package has left our warehouse. Saturday and Sundays do not count and orders that are processed after 11 a.m. may not start the count until the next business day. Unfortunately, none of our delivery service providers guarantee delivery times.
