 RETURNS:  What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final.  No returns. No Exchanges.

At Just Couture, we’re committed to our customers. Due to our discounted prices we will not process returns or exchanges at this time.  However, we want you to be delighted. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re committed to doing our best to help you find a solution. For questions, contact our customer service at support@justcouturestore.com 

Purchases made outside of the Just Couture website, www.justcouturestore.com, are subject to the terms and conditions of the site you purchased on. 


SIZING:  Do you have a size chart?  How do your sizes run?

We do not have a measurement chart.  All of our items are sized based on the average size of a child of that age.  So for example, if you have an average size 4 ½ year old you would want our size 4/5.  If your child is 4 ½ but is the size of a 6 year old you will want to order a size 6. 


SHIPPING:  When will my item ship?

  • We package and ship your items typically between 1-3 business days from the time you placed the order. In some instances, we run out of stock and will notify you or refund you if the item is no longer in stock.
  • We ship merchandise Monday-Friday.
  • Packages that are 15.99 oz or less will ship via USPS First Class Mail
  • Packages that are 1 lb or more are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or via USPS
